Born in Warsaw Poland, she has lived in London since 1980.
She graduated with a Masters Degree in Architecture from Warsaw Technical University.

Mainly works in watercolour but also paints in acrylics,pastels and oils.
Lana is a member of the APA as well as other art groups and has exhibited as a solo artist and in many group shows.

She mainly takes commissions for portraits. Her ‘Tibetan Lamas’ hang in various Buddhist Centres and Temples in France, including a large portrait of the Karmapa. Her portrait has appeared on the front cover of a meditation manual.

Her work is in private collections in the UK, Poland, France, Australia, Hong Kong, Germany, Luxemburg and Canada as well as in the collection of the late Diana Princess of Wales.
