I am a painter, an installation artist and an illustra- tor. I enjoy exploiting the symbolical and narrative properties of materials and objects in my 2D and 3D work. ‘The Three Dresses’ installation is inspired by ‘The Three Little Pigs’ cautionary tale

while the recent series of ‘Tree Madonnas’ by medieval paintings of the Virgin Mary, fertility gures, symbols of plants, women as ‘enclosed gardens’, church oor plans, domestic objects and Feministic Art.

They are poetic and gaudy, witty and over-embel- lished. They are a contemplation and a celebration of the rites of passage as told by European mythology.
