Water is a favourite motif of the artist, most of the paintings are unpeopled, most possess a mystic, magical quality. Most are vividly suggestive of underlying deep spirituality. Essential to Andrzej’s ‘waterscapes’ is the exploration of the various qualities of water, serenity, power, change and impermanence. He explores the violence and the calm and we can experience moments of pure beauty and awe as he takes us on this journey of metaphysical dimensions. The paintings are alluring in their ethereal quality and both irresistible and compelling. Focusing completely on the subject the artist breaks free and express himself all the more eloquently.

Andrzej has also explored the medium of photography, capturing the beauty or the magic of the moment.
